Hello there! I’m glad you stopped by today! I have some new Easter table decorating ideas I’m very excited to share with you! But, before we get started, I have to tell you I get no credit for this adorable table setting! My daughter-in-law, Alice, came up with these charming table decorations.
I asked Alice to go shopping for fun and unique ideas, and she had a blast! I’m really proud of her!
Alice found the adorable green dishes and wood charger from Pier One Imports. She found the burlap carrots at T.J. Maxx. They were a string of garland, but we cut them apart and made them into place card holders. We used brown card stock cut with scrap booking scissors to make the name tags.
Secret to Pretty Handwriting
Whenever, I am needing really pretty handwriting, like for these place cards, I use a calligraphy pen. It seriously makes a huge difference! You can find them at craft stores for around $3. I also use a calligraphy pen when writing Christmas cards, notes, and any time I need neat and attractive hand writing. Give it a try!
This handsome bunny is the center of attention at the table. He is made of sisal and jute. These types of little critters are becoming very popular! I love them.
We used the large bunny in the middle as the focal point. The little bunny cake stands are also from T.J. Maxx, and the glass domes are from Michael’s craft store.
We placed moss on the bottom, then a little nest with three speckled eggs on both cake stands. I love having natural elements in table decorations.
These bunnies are so stinkin’ cute!
Is there anything cuter than bunny buns?
We placed little chocolates on each plate. Each chocolate is wrapped in vintage Easter prints. So precious!
More Easter Table Decorating Ideas
Here we layered a blue plate with the green plates. The sweet little chick plate is perfect for Easter. The napkins are from Pier One Imports. The sweet lace is a perfect touch.
I adore illustrated artwork, and this Easter basket is so beautiful on the side of the white bowl.
What little child or adult wouldn’t love to sit down in front of this adorable plate?
Moving Mr. Bunny to the Buffet
I thought when I don’t have the whole table set for Easter, Mr. Bunny could sit on the buffet. He looks regal and handsome!
I am going to be sad to have to put him away after the holiday. But, what I really like, is that he is very large, and instead of several smaller Easter decorations on the buffet, one large piece really looks great!
I used a couple of the burlap carrots Alice found at the store to put in his basket.
Well, I thought Alice did a fantastic job putting these Easter table decorating ideas together! Thank you for spending some time here, and letting me share these adorable ideas.
